Need new film caps. Are these the correct spec?

    Hi

    I need to order a couple of replacement film capacitors for a CRT arcade monitor chassis PCB. These are the specs from the manual:

    C36 - Film capacitor 1.73 3.9nf 1500v 5%
    C40 - Film capacitor 1.73 6.8nf 1500v 5%

    And these are the closest ones to this I can find, that I'm planning on ordering:

    Not being an electronics expert, I don't know what the 1.73 refers to above. I would appreciate it if someone would confirm that the caps I've linked to are OK to go ahead and order, or if not, a link to suitable ones would be great.

    I think its the power factor rating, as long as the voltage and capacitance matches should be ok.
