bcoz most of time need to switch pic to 16f and 18f so need one ic programmer socket.
if any one have design similar to this one share with us.

Do you realize the IC in ICSP stands for in circuit?

 

ZIF SOCKET.
Programming pins are usually the same for both 16f & 18F but applies to IC's with identical pin count.
