You should have access to IEEE Explore: http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/freeabs_all.jsp?arnumber=4153154

As the paper says, "The main problem of this approach is the difficulty to tune the VHDL code into the final electrical system. That is why the article also describes the simulation framework needed to validate the model using simulink. "

If you want further help, you will need to be more specific with your query.

thanks dave for that but i really need help in using VHDL-AMS and differences it makes from VHDL, and what software can help me in writing that code ( behavioral and structural)

Although I have heard of it before, VHDL-AMS is new to me since I have never had the need to use it. There is a book called "Modeling and Simulation for RF System Design" which through a treatise of the introductory concepts of VHDL-AMS covers development of PID controllers. Check ISBN: 978-0-387-27584-0 or DOI: 10.1007/0-387-27585-1_6

There is also one covered here: http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/Xplore/login.jsp?url=/iel3/4067/12057/00555297.pdf?arnumber=555297

If you have access to MATLAB I would also suggest you have a play about with: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/loadFile.do?objectId=4799&objectType=file

I cannot be much more of help than that.
