Draw a ladder diagram with all the number systems. (rung numbers, wire numbers, NCR’s,
manufactures terminal numbers for an 8 Pin relay contacts, coil and limit switch’s NCR.
Include 3 phase circuit for a conveyor motor). Don’t forget the MS contacts and OL’s for
motor.
It is a long machine conveyor that has a start and stop switch at each end. You will need two
start and stop switches.
When you press either start switch and let go the conveyor motor will start running until a
stop switch is pushed or a limit switch is activated. If the limit switch is activated a horn will
alarm the operator. (Use the NO and NC contacts from the same limit switch)
A red light will be on if the conveyor motor is not running. If the conveyor motor is running a
green light will also be on. Don’t forget to put an over-load contact in your control circuit. The
conveyor motor is a 3 phase motor. Identify motor starter contacts and overloads in this
power circuit with the motor. Draw the 3 phase disconnect and fuses in the power circuit.

Oh, I guess I didn't realize that you wanted me to do your homework for you.

Sorry, no can do.

Instead, why don't YOU show your best attempt to do YOUR homework? Then people can comment on what you are doing right, what your are doing wrong, and how you might proceed from where you are.
