I am a new member. Any information will be helpful. I hope I explain myself clearly. My goal is to start the operation of an AGV using a counter clock. In the past I have used two Hokuyo DMS-GB1-V optical sensors to manual start an AGV by push button. (One sensor wired to the AGV, one sensor wired to the push button.) Now I want to replace the push button with a counter clock that is controlled by a PLC. I want the AGV to start when the counter clock displays a given number. I am having trouble wiring the sensor to the PLC. Assume that the output from the PLC is #5 and all PLC programing is correct.
