Hello, I am trying to understand the op-amp operation with online articles available online. I got struck with the attached op-amp operation. Could someone, please tell me what this operation does?

The main reason for confusion to me is that the feedback is given to both inverting AND non-inverting (with resistor in series) but the articles that I come across has either inverting OR non-inverting.

    Thanks for your time.

There is no feedback path from the output of the amplifier to the non-inverting input of that circuit.

    Welcome to AAC!
The opamp is configured as a voltage follower; non-inverting with unity gain.

Looks like an op amp non-inverting follower configured to act as a virtual ground at near 1/2 the supply voltage.
