Need help making a 4.3" lcd into a push button video display

i need ideas to take an already assembled 4.3" lcd and make it able to read video from a usb and able to play that video with a push button.

any help is appreciated.

Do you have micro programming experience?
What video encoding?
Specs/part number on the LCD?

This is NOT a beginner project by any means..
