Helo all,

For generating a pwm output at the output of microcontroller, what should be the input circuit to be fed at the input(ADC) of microcontroller..??

if I am using OP-AMP as an input for generating PWM output then how the specifications of op-amp to be decided???
it may be a simple question but any help would be highly appreciated

thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you sure you're not confusing your input and your output?

You can have anything you want going into the microcontroller. You could use a pot, and simply read the voltage via the ADC, if that's what you're trying to do. The output is independent, and as you say, controlled via software.

I'm not sure what you're doing with the Op-Amp, but a lot of microcontrollers have PWM circuitry built in, so you can probably just configure it and use it that way.
