Need help for NiMH battery charger

    I am using NiMH 7.2V 3000-3800mAH battery. but i didn't found charger anywhere. I saw one ic from ti but this also got obsolete. So what is best to take adapter or build own charge controller.
    and also suggest the charger controller circuit which can charge 7.2v Nimh battery from 12Volt power supply 1A.

    Check out the RC sites Hobbyking etc, the Imax B6AC or even the junior model are digital programmable chargers for different kinds of technologies including NimH 7.42 etc. ~ $20.00

    Originally you asked if it was better to build or buy. It's easier (and likely cheaper) to buy. Why reinvent the wheel?

    yes according to me also charger could be good option.
