need help for 89c2051 programming

    i'm workin on a wireless security sys project based on microcontrollers 89c51 & 89c2051.with d help of this h/w the system admin jus has 2 keep the receiver module in his hand & al the other intruder details wil be displayed on the lcd screen alongwith buzzer sys activation.
    i need an assembly language program to interface 89c2051 with smoke detector sensor & intruder alarm sensor.
    so please help me....

    You need to do the work. Post up the circuit and how you think the program should function, and we can give help, but we won't do the design or write the code for you.

    Hey,

    Can U Plz Tell Me The Use Of "$" And "#" Symbol While Programing In 89c2051.

    And Can U Let Me Know The Use Of Instructions "ds" And "org"

    While Reffering A Program, I M Getting Stuck At Following Instruction :

    I only know the $ in 8051 assemblers as the "itself" argument. For example, "JNE $" means jump to itself if accumulator does not equal 0.

    I think the "#" means a prefix to a number indicating the number is an absolute value.
    I use DS in 808x/x86 programming because DS is a data segment for those processors.

    ORG x means start writing code at location x. so in your case, I think that location 3000 decimal is where your code will begin in memory.

    If you want to use hexadecimal numbers, then add an "h" to your number to make the number hex. Also it is a good idea to prefix the number with a zero.
