need help finding a datasheet

    i have several motorola diodes that i need to find specs on, but i cant seem to locate them on google. hoping someone here can help. there are 3 lines of numbers on it:
    first line: (motorola "M") 261
    second line: -01
    third line: 650
    the 1's may be I's

    Don't know about these, but a lot of companies make parts for big/high volume customers that are labeled for them. I have a bunch of diodes similar to these I got from work (GM/Delphi) that can't be identified by the markings.

    You should be able to use a 1N4001 through 1N4004 diode as a replacement for a general purpose rectifier diode.
