i am new in this forum
i need your kind help to decode hex files from 24 an 93 series eeprom.

let me be honest, i am not much in programming, however electronic hardware is my field.

i read data from these eeprom via homebrew eeprom reader/writer.
as all data is in hex, i am not able to understand what it means.

i want to find some time-stamp in this hex and edit/change or disable it totally.

how this can be done.

If you do not know what the files are, making sense of them is probably impossible. Is it some form of data, or machine code instructions for a microprocessor?

Can you say what the EEPROM's come out of?
