need 'FND 507' 7-segment display eagle library

I've attached special.lbr to this post.

Be careful to not overwrite an existing special.lbr if you already have one.

Place it in your Eagle lbr subdirectory.
Issue the "USE special.lbr" command.

The device you need is 7SEG-CAW; the 13W package.
