If you look at this I want to put 3 different switches in place of the 3 different led groupings. These switches would switch on a different power source that would control a lot more than 4 leds maybe somewhere around 100-150 leds. But I can't think of a switch that would work if anyone does please let me know thanks.

ok so I have decided that my three power sources are going to be 12V and two of them are going to be anywhere between 740mA-888mA and the third one is going to be 600mA-720mA. So all I need to do is replace the 3904s with a different transistor and then hook up the power source and leds to that transistor?

Yes, that's basically what you need to do. The transistor will need to be a Darlington type though, as a standard transistor won't have enough gain.
