Need a practical & tested circuit of FM voice transmitter

    Hello Everyone,

    I need a practical & tested circuit of FM voice transmitter (alongwith complete detail of antena and powersuply) which can broadcost the signal in the radious of 20-30 kilometers. Can anybody help me.

    You need over 100 watts to reach that far, more likely over 1000 watts would be needed.


    Have you searched the internet to find complete high power transmitter plans for FREE! :)




    You need the equipment in a College Radio station, contact one and ask what they use...

    Thanks for the reply. I have searchd on the net but the same not found. However I found a circuit named "Islander (7 watts FM Transmitter) in which author has claimed that with dipole antena having 50 feet height it can transmit the signals 16-18Kms. what your experiane says.

    There are a lot of factors that influence the reached distance that a transmitter can make.
    This is called the propagation of radio waves.
