I have a series of 6 IXFP110N15T2 FETs that need to be changed.

I have been told that IPP075N15N3 G or FDP075N15A were good numbers. I liked the current capabilities of the FDP075N15A, but the minimum order on digikey was 50, and it isn't available via mouser at all.

Any other suggestions as to what might work?

 

What is the key number here in terms of specifications? It looks as if you have to deal with a high voltage.
