    Greetings,

I am looking for a mosfet similar to the IRF1404 but in P-channel version to be used in a class D amplifier. Anyone knows a part number that meets this?

    Thanks,

A parametric search on the IR web site turns up nothing. The 1404 is not likely to have a P channel compliment.

You could check out SUM110P04-05 from Vishay. If you need the FETs really well matched, you could use another IRF1404 with a high-side driver.

What pair of P-ch and N-ch should I use to build a good class D amplifier? I need a drain current of 30A RMS and the mosfet need to be enhanced type.

It is not necessary to use a p-channel MOS. You can use an n-channel one with a high side driver IC.
