You will exceed the maximum ±Vgs rating of the P-ch MOSFETs whenever R4 or R5 turn on. You must prevent that from occurring, or you will burn up quite a few MOSFETs.
Always think in terms of Vgs, not Vg. The voltage on the gate must always be referenced by the source terminal, or you WILL have problems.
You should also design the circuit so that it takes longer to charge the gates than it does to discharge them. This will help to prevent the dreaded "shoot-through" condition, where both the high and low side MOSFETs are on at the same time, which is a direct short across the supply. This will burn up MOSFETs very quickly.
