Motherboard is not turn, that element is broken, i chek it.

no, but its a power supply. i have a feeling, only because their the only devices iv seen use SOT23-5 packages, but protection diodes.. try removing the part? gently.. might be able to fix it, and then you might be able to find out what the part is.

 

I think that this is the optocoupler.

 

well have a look online and see if you can find an optocoupler of that size
