My M2-ATX not turn motherboard :(

    its a sot23-5... as for what chip/ic it is.. i can barely see the pins.. how am i meant ot see the writing on the top?!

    Motherboard is not turn, that element is broken, i chek it.

    how did you check it?
    did you compare it to a normal working one?

    is the signal from the PIC, i check it.
    My english is no good, sorry.
    Do you know what it is M2-ATX ?

    no, but its a power supply. i have a feeling, only because their the only devices iv seen use SOT23-5 packages, but protection diodes.. try removing the part? gently.. might be able to fix it, and then you might be able to find out what the part is.

    I think that this is the optocoupler.

    well have a look online and see if you can find an optocoupler of that size
