When you grab an existing thread for your own answers, we call it hijacking and strongly discourage the practice.

You will find threads here that deal with your topic, and Google is always likely to find what you need.

 

Show the work you have already done on this project ... then the members can offer advice.

The members are not here to do the work for you, unless of course, you and they agree to the appropriate level of compensation, then it's no longer a forum inquiry, but a designer-client relationship, handled via email or whatever communication method you desire.

If your looking for a place to start, look for
- low pass filters
- bandpass filters
- high pass filters

If your undecided on the bands to use for you display, I would recommend doing an internet search for equalizers to see how others split the audio frequency band.

You own the brunt of the work for your project. The members here would certainly help you improve your design.
