I am looking for a simple music circuit for my projector which works on 12V dc

Like you want it to play music? Like MIDI notes or sampled music (MP3's)? You want it to just be an amplifier that you plug an mp3 player into?

 

Yes, I just want to play music. like the one we generate music using UM66.

Just use a resistor voltage divider to drop the 12v down to 3-4V for the UM66. Set the current in the divider to, say, 1.2 mA. That gives you a total resistance of 10K. The current drawn by the UM66 is no more than 60µA, so it will have little effect on the voltage divider.
