You could enter the schematic with all the correct parts, or make libraries for each section of the board if you have a schematic.
If you don't have a schematic, you'd probably learn more by tracing it out, but it would take forever, especially the coupled IF transformers and antenna/RF parts.

That is indeed a schematic, of course it's not the schematic of the board in your picture. But you could certainly simulate the parts in that board or a circuit you build with it, depending upon how close you can find models in Multisim to match the circuit components.
