The 200mW spec implies that the coil resistance is R=V^2/P=144/0.2=720Ω. The current will be 17mA. 2N3906 or almost any other general purpose PNP will work. I would use 6.8k for the base resistor.

 

Ron I just ordered all my parts I need, and a few extras, it will take 2 weeks to get so i will get it layed out on board, going to try strip board first, I have them at hand and if it won't work then photoresistive
