I've searched everywhere, but couldnt find any info on multi dielectric capacitors.

my question is how capacitance of parallel plates multi dielectric capacitor will be calculated??

Do you only want to calculate capacitance? Then materials don't matter and...
    - Parallel capacitance is additive,
    - Series capacitance is calculated just like PARALLEL RESISTANCE.

If you want to get into ESR, frequency response or other phenomena of capacitors, there is more to the story.

But they do. The dielectric constant of the material between the plates affects the capacitance.

It matters as the capacitance is in relation with kappa (dielectric primitivity relative)

The formula for Kappa(dielectric constant) is given.
The formula for multiple plate capacitors is given.
Several other constants and various ways of calculating capacitance is given.

What do you want to know that is not covered?

Google for 'mixed dielectric capacitors'. There are several hits.
