    Joni,
It is not necessary to use the custom fonts; it makes it harder to read your post.

Do you have this electrical motor scooter already, and it's controller module is broken?

Or is this something new that you want to build?

You will need to supply a lot of details, such as:
What voltage does this scooter use?
What current does the motor use?
What is the control input for speed?

Well, you will need to start out with some kind of plan.

Like, how much weight do you expect the scooter to move, including itself?

Is the area where you live fairly flat, or are their shallow grades, or steep hills?

    Joni,

I can only guess that English is not your first language.

I should have also guessed that you already have an electrical motor scooter that does not go up slopes very well.

I think that what you want to do, is to build a controller for an electrical motor scooter that you already have, that will make it go up hills better?

Is that what you are trying to say?
