I am looking for recommendations on 110 to 220 3ph motor drives with output frequency of 700 to 1000 Hz.

For motor controls, I have had good luck with both of these places and with ebay (new only).

As for brand, I have used Hitachi, Motortronics, KB, and Regal-Beloit. The Regal-Beloit was off ebay and is unusual in that it was FHP.

Since these drives are for synchronous motors, I don't believe any work in the frequency range you suggest. The Regal-Beloit goes to 240 Hz only.

What type of 3 phase motor are you driving at 1000 Hz? What is HP and RPM?
