Motor Driver

    I'm currently trying to develop an economical version of motor driver that can be used to drive two motors. It should be PWM compatible.
    I came upon a circuit which is already available in market but it was quite costly. Here is the picture:

    It uses power mosfet (LR7843) as key component, I guess.
    Depending on requirements, I might like to make 2-3 versions of the motor driver. One for under 5 amp. Second one for 5-20 amp. Third one for higher ampere ratings.
    Any help in this regard will be highly appreciable. :)

    well, why are you interested in the payment part? :p
    To be true, it pays me nothing. Actually it's for my university electronics club.
    So if you could help rather than asking silly questions, it'd be much better. :)
