Just a quick question. For an n-channel MOSFET that has its drain and get connected and its source shorted to ground, the MOSFET HAS TO operate in the triode region right? This is because, VD=VG, hence VDS=VGS and VDS now has to be lower than VGS-Vt. (The solutions is Sedra and Smith have it as operating in the saturation region. This is not correct, right?)
