Hi,
I have 4 syma x5c motors and I want to control them using an arduino. I know that to control them I need 4 mosfet and diodes but I don't know much about electronic parts. I found on google that the quadcopter has 2 FDW9926A MOSFETS but I can't find them. Do you know where to buy it or an equivalent one? What diodes do I need?

Ok, and about the diode how can I see which one I need?

 

The MOSFETs are rated 20V. 4.5A so diodes with matching (or better) spec would do the job.

Is mouser OK as a supplier with you?
Do you want through hole or SMD?

I ordered SIA914ADJ-T1-GE3 mosfet but they are so small!
I tought they were like the fdw9926a mosfet mounted on the quadcopter

Can you advice me some as big as these? Even not dual n-channel mosfet would be ok
