    Hey guys,
i'm trying to analyze a circuit which looks alot like a CMOS inverter, however, the NMOS and PMOS transistors are switched ( NMOS drain ocnnected to +2.5v , PMOS source connected to -2.5v)

My question is, if i have an input of 0 volts, how can i figure out what regions Qn and Qp are operating at ? I need the value of the output at the drain for both devices in order to know which regions... but i don't know how to figure it out ( there is a resistor connected in shunt to ground at the output Vout). We can assume that both transistors are matched.

I hope my question is clear.

    Thanks guys

Could you post some picture of the circuit? Things are then much easier to understand.

I'm with kubeek on this one. We will need you to post a schematic of the circuit in question to be in a better position to help you.
