mosfet clarification

dear,For serviceing my Invertor, mosfet part.no.IRFZ44N of International Rectifier make is required. But, the company has since withdrawn the part. Hence, the equivalent of Texas instrument make may be intimated. The spec details of mosfet part.no.IRFZ44N of International Rectifier make is is here under.

Do a parametric search for a FET in T0-220AB with the above parameters. Higher voltage and/or current, lower RDS is acceptable.
