Your Mosfet as a source follower probably will not work.
When the input is 0V then the source output is also 0V.
But when the input is 3.3V then the Mosfet will not or might barely turn on so the source output will still be 0V.

Most Mosfets need 10V from gate to source to completely turn on. Then the gate voltage in your circuit must be +24V.
