In last couple of months I've had a few lag problems on some programs that require the lowest ping possible.
Since I have multiple devices connected to my router, I need to identify which device is consuming the exorbitant amount of bandwidth in order to act on it. Is there any tool that can report the network traffic in such a manner?

I don't require an address discriminated log of connection, I just need to know the bandwidth for each connected device (like bittorrent shows for each torrent).

Does anyone know any toll that provides this?

Your router might have this already built into it or it might be able to provide you with logs that you can use to analyze what is using the most bandwidth.
