Momentary switch close from turn on/off of DC

I have an audio preamp which provides a +12V output when powered on, and a power amp that needs a momentary contact to turn it on or off. Is there a way to turn the preamp on and also trigger this momentary contact, then when turned off trigger another momentary contact?
