Modify the structure from NMOS to PMOS & PMOS to NMOS

I think we cant just replace NMOS with PMOS and PMOS with NMOS. There shoulld be some other changes along with that. Can someone tell me those changes?

There are strong reasons for polarity differences. It is not likely you will be able to do what you want, but post a schematic if you want help.
