i want to know how should i distinguish and process an sms in a mobile aplication.for example a recieved sms should be processed and mobile do something like call to some friends (specific number).

You haven't given anywhere near enough information.

What phone, what operating system, what version etc.

What is your programming experience ?

I think that there is already a mobile phone who does the same but the implementation can be a little tricky in my opinion.

The last I have seen is locking the phone down when it receives this keyword from a registered number.

Though that can be done, you have to remember the specific tags or keywords you used or that application would not work.
