Minor corrections/suggestions - V3 Semiconductor, Solid State Theory, Quantum Physics

    A style point in the first paragraph. I would not use "indelibly" here; how about "profoundly"?

    In paragraph 4, "back-scattering" should be "back-scattered".

    Just before the figure titled "Principal quantum number ..." the sentence "The maximum number of electrons that any shell may hold is described by the equation 2n2, where “n” is the principle quantum number." should be "expression" not "equation" and "principal" not "principle".


    I found the explanations here clear and interesting; I don't know enough to confirm the technical content but it all made sense to me!
