Minimum current HT1621 needs to drive segment LCD

I've read the datasheet of LCD driver HT1621 and based on what I've understood, in standby mode, we can't drive LCD. In fact, the minimum current HT1621 needs to drive LCD is typically 60 uA (please see table on page 5 of HT1621 datasheet) under the condition that No load + LCD ON + Crystal oscillator. Is that right ?

However, I know some MCU with integrated LCD driver such as MSP430FR413x which offers the ability to drive LCD under the low power mode thanks to the internal charge pump.
