microwave transmission

    if a microwave transmitter normally requires a +8dBm audio level to driave the input fully. if +10dBm is measured what is the actual voltage level measured assuming a 600ohm system

    10Db is ten times the power, 3 Db is double the power.

    If you're confused about dB or dBm. Here is a little clue to your question

    8dBm means 8 dB above 1mW of power
    10dBm means 10 dB above 1mW, therefore 10dBm=10mW
