Which all microcontrollers are there(with wifi, BLE or Zigbee support), which don't need the IAR Workbench for programming and which is the free compiler I can use with them?

There are undoubtedly free compilers available for all processors. While it sounds like a nice thing there can be drawbacks. Lack of available support is probably one of the biggest. If you make commitments to deliver a product and cannot meet those promises because of compiler problems, you're on your own. It might prove to be a false economy. The use of a free compiler might save you a couple of thousand dollars and cost you half a million. Free compilers are not for newbies or people on a tight schedule. You just don't have the luxury of being able to delay things while you come up the learning curve or work out operational problems.
