You just getting up or hanging all nite,you seem to enjoy the Forum.
How far and would the weather permit you to go any where.
Do they ring the church bells every hour. Do you have snow mobil.
Raise any aminals or chickens. do you see mountains in distance.

 

I'm an early bird. Always waking up at around 04.30. In the weekdays, I need to get up at 05.00 - to go to work. So in the weekends, I do not like to stay long in bed, because Monday will always come.

Currently I'm drawing a schematic in Eagle. A PIC based timer...

Haven't been outside the door, yet. It has been snowing all night, so I will eventually go out and move the snow.

I'd rather the mow the lawn.

 

Are you on eagle forum,are you a programer or write code.

 

I have found that this forum, the AAC, satisfies all my needs. I'm doing all the work. From programming/writing code, design the schematic/PCB, etch and solder.

You have the camera all set up to do your work,when you are snowed in do they let you work at home.

 

As a project manager in the construction business, I need to get out and to the different construction sites. Would be much better to stay at my home office, designing useless stuff, and making gadgets.

With my responsibilities at work, I need to be nearly dead to stay home. This autumn, I went to work with pneumonia. It lasted for 3 weeks, but we got a lot of work done.

 

Do you plan ahead and materials inside with heat or how do work in snow.

 

This is basically my job:

1. A customer calls, he want to build some offices inside an existing building.
2. I go and take a look
3. Back in my office I do some calculations, on materials and cost.
4. Hopefully he accept my offer. Then I need to order the materials.
5. When the materials are near to be delivered, I need to plan which guys are going to to this.
6. When they start working, I start invoicing.
7. During the construction work, I need to check drawings, and the quality of the craftsmen.
8. Last I sent and ending invoice and make some documentation, of what materials we have used.

This is a LOT more job, when theres a 3 or 4 floors building.

So, what do you do?

 

I've been doing some speaking before government bodies about taxing.
I requested a lobby permit form, I'm ready to start something new just
to prove Its still possible to start a new business.Using s.s. number or
1099.You are in contracting,you know you sub the electronics thru
security firms,the led signs thru a electrial contractor.The Independant
electronics guys no longer exist. Its all contractor or factory reps. When
they did away with state electronic regulation we didn't know Walmarts had
lobbied to do away with it. It cleared the way to dominate U.S. markets
without each state being in the way.They no longer had to make sure
replacement part were available to the comsumer and you had to buy
the parts direct from factory.The small electronic guy didn't relize it
until it was to late.

Getting back on topic about x-mas and Ice and snow jobs. The
other day I was getting a snow job from this board.I had a list
of questions and we were on the record,It was being recorded,
they were letting me have my 10 minutes,when all the sudden
I broke thru the ice.The staff attorney said,Mr.chairman for the
record I must advise you that the the speaker (me)has a legal point
that Is being recorded that you must consider. That attorney made
my day,I broke thru the ice.I will prepared next go around.
