From Wikipedia:

MELF is the acronym for metal electrode leadless face - a type of leadless cylindrical electronic surface mount device that is metallized at its ends. MELF devices are usually diodes and resistors.
Perhaps you can tell us a bit more about the board and what unit it is from.
A photo that shows a wider view of the board would help.

check with tracker, do not see any signature up to 50 volt.
check with multimeter as diode and have 1.93 in both directions.
i do not think its a tvs higher than 50 volt on this board.
all other same melf diodes have green or grey color band and i see diode signature on tracker and multimeter voltage in one direction 0.61 volt

If memory serves its an 8.2V zener, im pretty sure the 3 stages are identical and a good one from another stage can be used to check, ive also had a ot of issues with the pulse transformers going faulty
