hi
i need write a report about mc14094b 8 state shift register and i have question about the three state output.
what dose high impedance state at the output means?
by looking at the datasheet truth table i could't understand if in z state i'm getting "0" at the output.

truth table:

hi,
It means that the Z output pin is open circuited, so the external line connected to the Z output pin can be pulled High or Low by another device.
