how to connect max232 with DB-15(VGA)? can anyone tell me pin nos?plzzzz

Since the DB-15 is not commonly used for RS-232 connections we are unable to help you. If you want to use them you can assign the pins any way you want. If on the other hand you meant either a DB-25 or a DB-9 then it is a different story.

 

my project is to controlling a relay by a gsm modem and in gsm modem DB 15 is used so i hv to use db15
just tell me the transmit n receive pins...

 

How can I tell you what the pins are used for, since you did not tell me you were using a GSM modem, and you did not tell me which one. Even if you had told me those things it would still be impossible to tell you which pins to use without consulting the manufacturers documentation, which is what you should have done in the first place.

What you need is the "wavecom fastrack supreme 10" manual/user guide. A very useful tool for finding such information is Google. Try Google and search for say this phrase -> wavecom fastrack supreme 10

 

Certainly looks a lot like a DB-9 connector. The wikipedia article on rs-232 details the pin layouts.

It is a DB-15 connector on the modem. I checked with the data sheet.
