Hello,

i have a pulse sequence of 2.8khz. i need to trigger a mosfet.
without having any idea i bought six irfz44 mosfets. can anybody tell me whether these can operate for this high frequency.....

i have seen the datasheet..but nothing i got from there. just confused with the several time values..

 

You will get 1MHz from it... 2.8kHz is very slow.
