Helping my brother out with a math question.

Does sin/cos * sin = 1/cos ?

Because if I take sin and divide it to both sides your left with cos?

Not as written.

sin / (cos * sin) = 1/cos

yes, assuming the angle is the same, i.e.

sin(x)/ ( cos(x) * sin(x) )

and x ≠ 0, π, 2π ...
