A few months I purchased the MANSON METER DIGITAL POWER 60V 30A DL and DATA ADAPTOR USB FOR DPM-3232
It took forever for me to work out how this unit works and once I did despite no real time monitoring I found it to be quite handy for things I do.
I have misplaced the CD which you require to download the information from the DATA adaptor.
I visited the Manufacture web site www.manson.com.hk. The equipment is listed but there is none to be downloaded.
I then sent a web request outlining the problem I had and asking for a copy of the software. I received a reply asking for the serial numbers which I immediately sent. Almost a week later I have had no acknowledgment of my email or a reply.
Could someone kindly direct me to where I can get a copy of this software.
