Please let me know if you know about good reference circuit to build a magnetizer/Demagnetizer. I searched on google but could not find anything helpful

Please specify your problem a little more clearly. For example, what is the coercivity of the material that you want to change? How far away do you need to magnetize/demagnetize these objects? If you don't know these things, just tell us what you want to do with it.

You can make a great demagnetizer in your shop for tools in a few minutes. Find an old electric can opener (or similar appliance), take out the motor, remove the rotor, and cut a gap in the magnetic circuit of the motor with a hack saw. Put some leads on it and voila -- instant demagnetizer. The deluxe version includes a little box surrounding it and a pushbutton switch.

 

To de magnitize an object make a doughnut shaped coil large enough for object to pass thru using a temporary form to wind on about 200 ohms worth of wire and tape it together. Connect to 110 V60 Hz , pass object in & out of center a few times & turn off power., it'l get hot.
