For my project im making a generator and i need to calculate the strength of my magnets in Tesla to calculate the total induced EMF but the strength of each magnet is in kilograms (pull * 18.33kg). how do i convert this into Tesla?

Hi! I have an approximate formula which might help you:
Tesla=(0.577xF/A)1/2
Where: F is the force in pounds and A is the pole area in sq inches.
