Hi everyone,

Just to confirm, in LTspice when simulating and plotting current does the following sound reasonable?

If I am plotting the current through a FET called "M1", the following default trace data would be:

Id[M1] --> MOSFET drain-source current?
Ig[M1] --> MOSFET gate current?
Is[M1] --> MOFSET substrate current? Would this be the same as the body diode?

Id[M1] --> MOSFET drain-source current?

No, that is the drain terminal current. If the body diode is conducting, it will show that current.

Ig[M1] --> MOSFET gate current?

Yes.

Is[M1] --> MOFSET substrate current?

No.
Is[M1] --> MOFSET source terminal current. If the body diode is conducting, it will show that current.
